Spotlessly clean communal kitchen facilities.
My stay was quite frustrating. The location felt isolated, making it difficult to find food options nearby. The shared facilities were also confusing at times, and there was an odd smell in the hallway that was quite off-putting.

Perfect for solo explorers
What a fabulous place! The kitchen and living room facilities were spotlessly clean and so well equipped, I mean the kitchen had everything anyone might need. I loved my weekend there, feeling like home with the friendly staff and comfy bed.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

This was the first time we stayed somewhere with shared facilities. The room was spacious and super comfy. We loved the friendly vibe and the cleanliness was top-notch. Plus, there’s a great pub nearby with tasty food and a beer garden. Perfect base for Lake District trips! 👍

absolutely disappointing experience. the location is a ridiculous 30-minute walk from any decent restaurants or pubs, and I honestly expected a complimentary upgrade for braving such inconveniences. the room was decent but lacked a proper TV size for relaxation. I almost thought I could've given this place a good review, but alas, I just couldn't.

My husband and I chose West Point House for a last-minute stay before our tidal island walk. The welcome was warm, and the owners genuinely cared about our comfort. The room we had, a Superior Double Room, was spacious with a massive bed, perfect for relaxing. There was ample storage for our clothes. A large communal kitchen which was well-equipped for self-catering. Everything was exceptionally clean. the location felt a bit isolated. We had to bike or drive into town for food, which might be inconvenient for some. I would definitely stay here again for the lovely vibe and comfort, though better dining options nearby would be a plus.

I had a fantastic stay with a super comfy room and excellent self-catering facilities. The sun terrace and the cozy leisure room were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, I missed having a balcony, but it didn’t dampen my overall experience. 🌞

great kitchen but limited parking
The kitchen and living room facilities impressed me with their spotless cleanliness and high-quality equipment. I found the bed remarkably comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The location was convenient, with the beach nearby and various shops within a short drive. The staff exuded friendliness throughout my stay.
Parking options seemed limited, which made it challenging at times.
